Another day another spam attack...

Hi Kaltura,

Once again, I opened up my e-mail inbox, only to see that heaps of e-mails from this forum, because I've set it up so that it e-mails me when any of my threads are updated. All of those updates, were just spam. How unexciting.

I posted something previously with suggestions on how we can avoid this - but it was deleted.

Any chance you could do SOMETHING to limit the amount of spam that's getting into this forum? It's quite annoying to be honest...

Hi Chris,

thanks for the update.

registration requires captcha and posting (as well as email) requires login.
unfortunately, once in a while a spammer gets in the way and succeed login - in which case we delete it's user.

soon we will be moving to a new system, hopefully more secure than phpbb.
