Really Confused--help!!!!!

Really Confused--help!!!!!

I uploaded the wordpress plugin to my wordpress blog.

I updated my interactive video settings within wordpress.

Then I went to kaltura.com & logged into my partner site:
I want to upload videos from my pc to my blog.

Went to bulk upload and I DO NOT see a way for me to upload my videos?
Do I upload videos from within wordpress or kaltura?
If Kaltura --how do I do that?
The answer you folks will provide is probably really simple--Thanks
