video quality settings

i downloaded kaltura-6.x-1.4.tar for my drupal website, but how to control the video quality, ie good web quality ? i can not see how to do it.

Hi,
Video quality is set to default - which was recently upgraded to 800kbps. This quality is very good - let me know if you have any specific quality issues.
